Damien is a Partner in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Advisory group – a highly specialised team able to advise on every type of transaction including mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, disposals, project and structured finance, capital raisings and the sale (and valuation) of non-tangible assets such as media rights.
Damien’s particular specialisation is in media, digital media and technology, stemming from extensive experience in this area.
Prior to joining the Corporate Finance team, Damien lead Deloitte’s technology practice in Sydney – the largest online and mobile software development group in Australia with over 120 people in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. This team provides strategy, development and marketing solutions to companies seeking to improve their operations through the use of online, mobile and emerging technologies.
Damien is also the national leader of Deloitte’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Industry Group.
