Our Deloitte Business Woman of the Year program was introduced in 2004 to recognise the achievements of our most talented women.
The program is instrumental in building strong, relatable role models for women at Deloitte, and indeed for all employees.

The winners of the Deloitte Business Woman of the Year act as inspiring female role models and change agents for the firm. Awarded $15,000 towards a development course of their choice, the winners are developed and profiled both within and outside of the firm. Previous winners have completed courses at Harvard and INSEAD.
Deloitte Business Woman of the Year finalists are also asked to join the Deloitte Business Women Council. This council meets twice a month and is responsible for:
