As professionals, we need to earn the trust of our clients.  To do this, we place integrity and quality at the core of everything we do.   At Deloitte, quality means adhering to ethical principles, relevant legal obligations and professional standards, as well as achieving excellence in professional services.  

Our quality and risk processes meet or exceed the requirements of the Accounting Professional & Ethical Standards Board (APESB), including APES 320 ‘Quality Control for Firms’ and APES 110 ‘Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants.

We take our commitment to the public interest seriously, and regularly contribute to the regulatory, legislative and professional agenda


We have a National Quality and Risk Executive chaired by the Risk and Reputation Leader.  The Executive comprises the leaders of the firm’s Professional Services Risk, Independence and Conflicts, Compliance, Regulatory and Policy, and Legal teams.
