|Discover your Partner Potential: A year-long learning experience that supports high-potential directors on the path to partnership. The program is based on three themes: personal leadership, firm and market leadership, and followership.|
|Inspiring Women: Equal opportunity for women is a critical factor in our success and in our ability to attract and retain the best talent. This program comprises several initiatives, including The Deloitte Business Women Council, and the award for Deloitte Business Woman of the Year which helps identify, develop and retain our most talented women.|
