The HR Team Award recognises HR teams who have demonstrated excellence in business execution.
Deloitte wins Fons Trompenaars Award for Innovation and Creativity
Deloitte won The Fons Trompenaars Award for Innovation and Creativity, which recognises outstanding initiatives or programs that support/create a stimulating and innovative culture. Deloitte was recognised for the extensive use of technology in HR processes and implementation of the cross border techniques in work of their cross functional teams.
The Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) included five members of Deloitte’s recruitment team in its list of Australia's Top 24 Graduate Recruiters
Jessica Klau, John Rogan, Laura Kirwan, Anna El Ali and Adam O’Donnell were included in the list following a survey of candidates offered graduate employment with one of the AAGE's member organisations.
Deloitte wins the prestigious Accounting Firm of the Year in the Financial Review Capital CFO Awards 2012
The awards recognise innovation and excellence in the capital markets and among finance professionals. Deloitte was cited for its innovative approach to solving client problems, including those in the areas of technological change, finance transformation and tackling the impact of business culture on risk management.
Deloitte won the 2012 Australian Business Award for Community Contribution
The Award recognises organisations which implement policies or execute projects that positively impact on the community and generate outcomes that have a long term benefit.

Deloitte wins the 2012 Australian Business Award for Marketing Excellence
The Australian Business Award for Marketing Excellence recognises organisations that have achieved outstanding results through innovative marketing strategies and execution. The achievement of Deloitte Australia through their ‘What’s your Deloitte?’ campaign successfully engaged staff and raised awareness of their logo, The Green Dot, as well as their brand.
Deloitte Australia partner Leslie Moore won the International Tax Review Editor’s Choice Award 2012 for general counsels
The award for women in business law was sponsored by Euromoney, the Law Society of NSW, Law Council of Australia and nominated by the profession.
Deloitte won two awards in the 2012 South Australian iAwards
The firm in conjunction with the South Australian Government was recognised for its e-Government digital innovation with its Ezy-Reg iPhone application, while its e-learning program the Deloitte leadership Academy (DLA) also received an award.
The e-Government award was presented for outstanding ICT innovation dedicated to delivering improved government service delivery or other electronic initiatives to the community.
