Gerhard Vorster was appointed to the role of Chief Strategy Officer, Deloitte Australia and Asia Pacific in July 2010. He also leads the Deloitte innovation program in Australia – both internally and as a service offering.

Before then Gerhard has notably over the years been Managing Partner for South Africa, East Asia, Australia as well as Asia Pacific’s Consulting business.

Prior to that he was Regional Managing Director for Deloitte Consulting in South Africa.

Gerhard joined Deloitte in 1987.
