Robin leads the Brisbane corporate finance practice. He is a valuation specialist focussing on the infrastructure, mining and resources sector with 20 years’ experience within the Audit, Corporate Finance and Valuation & Strategy practices. He has a further three years experience as a Director of an Investment Bank.
Robin has acted in advisory, valuations and due diligence roles over the last nine years, including:
- Sale and purchase advisory mandates
- Acquisition due diligences
- Valuations for independent expert’s reports, acquisitions and negotiations, the new Tax Consolidations Regime, Stamp Duty and accounting.
Robin is well accustomed to working at the most senior level with and around the Queensland Government and Treasury, Investment Banks and executive management of GOC’s.
