Deloitte Advises ČEZ in acquisition of a majority shareholding in OSSH |

Deloitte Advisory was the exclusive financial advisor to the ČEZ Group in Albania in respect of the acquisition of a 76 percent shareholding in OSSH, the sole Albanian electricity distributor. ČEZ paid for the majority of OOSH EUR 102 million.
Deloitte provided comprehensive advisory services to ČEZ, including management of the transaction process, assistance in negotiations, transaction support (due diligence), valuation of OSSH, and assistance in negotiating key contractual documents.
Deloitte was the most active M&A advisor based on the number of transactions in the 2005-2008 period (Mergermarket) and was named Central Europe's M&A Advisor of 2008 by Acquisition Monthlymagazine in January 2009.
