On 19 February 2010, the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted the first reading of a draft law which proposes a number of significant changes to Russia‟s transfer pricing rules. The new rules may come into force from 1 January 2011.
This alert provides an outline of the draft provisions and the potential implications for taxpayers. Taxpayers who may be affected by the changes should now consider preparing for the new regime.
