BioTom McGee is the national managing partner of Deloitte Growth Enterprise Services, with responsibility for the delivery of services to the firm’s mid-market and privately held clients, and providing a distinctive client service experience tailored to their unique needs. Tom sits on the U.S. Operating Group and formerly served as the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) chief of staff and secretary of the DTTL Executive, reporting directly to the DTTL CEO. Previous to that role, he served in a number of leadership roles in Deloitte’s Pacific Southwest region. Tom has extensive client service experience serving numerous mid-market public and private companies as well as some of Deloitte’s largest clients such as Dole Food Company, Kingston Technology, Nissan, Office Depot, and Toshiba. He has significant experience working with his clients’ senior management and assisting in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and balance-sheet restructurings. Tom is a noted speaker on the middle market, with appearances on CNBC and interviews and quotes in national media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, CFO magazine, and The Hill, among others. In addition to his work at Deloitte, Tom is active in numerous civic, charitable, and academic organizations. He currently sits on the boards of Covenant House International and the New York Catholic Foundation, as well as the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of New York. He previously served on the boards of United Way of Orange County, Junior Achievement of Southern California, and Catholic Charities of Los Angeles.
