Colorado Implements PEAKS Self Service Solution The state of Colorado, with the assistance of Deloitte, implemented its Program Eligibility and Application Kit (PEAK) self-service system successfully on October 26, 2009. With this first release, citizens statewide are able to use the screening tool (Am I Eligible) to check if they are potentially eligible for Food, Cash and Medical Assistance.
