Nicholas Accordino

Nick is a partner and the US Post-IPO services leader and a member of Deloitte’s National Capital Markets Transactions team. In this role, he leads various Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA) services for newly public organizations around the globe. Nick has extensive experience assisting companies with complex accounting and reporting, governance, risk, and controls, and transformation initiatives. Nick specializes in helping clients through finance transformation initiatives with a focus on SOX and Internal Control readiness, ERP optimization, intelligent automation, and broader close process improvement concepts. Prior to his current role, Nick spent 11+ years as an external audit and assurance professional serving many of Deloitte’s largest, multinational clients. He is a certified public accountant in Ohio and has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Miami University (Ohio) and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Akron.
