Lindsey Cooper

Lindsey is Deloitte’s National Fintech co-leader and a partner in the financial services practice. She has spent her career serving some of Deloitte's largest audit and advisory clients in the financial services and fintech industries and has extensive experience working with complex companies of various sizes from emerging growth to mature public companies. Lindsey has provided leadership and guidance to her clients through IPOs, regulatory change and challenges, debt and equity offerings, management transitions, internal controls implementation, and restructurings. She has deep experience in advising U.S. and foreign based clients on technical accounting topics, the adoption of new accounting standards, SEC reporting, and internal control standards and practices.
