John Sadoff

John is a managing director at Deloitte Tax LLP with more than 25 years of experience specializing in the health care provider and plan industries. John leads Deloitte’s West Region health care tax practice. John frequently consults on aligning technology for the best tax results and efficiencies, Internal Revenue Service audit issues, merger and acquisition planning, ASC 740 assistance and uncertain tax position analysis, structuring joint ventures, and employment taxes. He serves as lead tax partner for numerous for-profit and not-for-profit health care systems ranging in revenue from $30 billion to $5 million and also serves as advisory partner to several health care clients. John also leads Deloitte’s tax technology development efforts for all their health care and tax-exempt clients.
