He has more than 20 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Jay has spent the last 10 years focused on Application Management Services (Operate). Jay works with clients within the Technology, Media and Telecom Industry, focusing on helping organizations design, develop and implement application support solutions to maximize the value of their IT investments.

Jay has experience working with a variety of clients, including Verizon, Miami Dade College, Intel, Twitter, Sony, Cisco, Dolby, Heart Media, Verizon and others, providing a wide-range of IT related services including ERP & eCommerce implementations, IT Strategy Development, IT Cost Reduction, Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) and Operate.
