Carin Giuliante

Carin Giuliante is the chair and chief executive officer of Deloitte Tax LLP with leadership responsibility for more than 16,000 skilled tax professionals in the U.S. and India. She is also a member of the U.S. Executive Committee and the U.S. Management Committee and serves as an active partner for several of Deloitte's largest multinational clients.

With more than 30 years of experience both in the accounting profession and at Deloitte, Carin is passionate about delivering results, shaping strategy, driving growth, and building trust with clients. She enjoys developing the next generation of talent and is committed to fostering a collaborative, purposeful, and inclusive environment for all. 

Previously, Carin led the East region for Tax where she was responsible for all aspects of the region, including growth, talent, and operations. She also served as a member of the Tax Executive Committee and the U.S. Board of Directors, where she was Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee.

Carin received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Hofstra University, her Juris Doctor from Hofstra School of Law, and her Master of Laws in taxation from New York University School of Law.
