Monetization events and wealth accumulation are making family offices more and more common, and the tax and talent markets will need to adapt to serve these special clients. The biggest issue we’re seeing in the market is finding talent to fill these roles at family offices. A lot of positions are being created with not as many professionals to fill those positions, so we’re doing a lot of work around what the appropriate compensation structure for this type of work will be down the line.
