One way is through intelligent automation that helps companies automate much of the software production and management process by putting some of it in the hands of business users—which often removes months from the timeline. In this episode of the podcast, Mike Kavis and guest Automation Anywhere CTO JP Morgenthal, discuss the drivers and benefits of intelligent automation, as well as other ways companies are handling the current, massive disruption to their environment—and whether things will ever go back to “normal”.
