Reem is a principal in Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation practice, leading the Workforce Risk offering. She focuses on helping organizations that are exposed to a variety of Human Capital risks through thoughtful design of their workforce operations, mitigating strategic, regulatory, process and technology risk for effective workforce management. Reem has also authored several thought-pieces on the Future of Work and Workforce Risk.
