China Board Brief Series |
Corporate boards play a key role in providing strategic oversight and risk management of their company's China-related activities – initiatives increasingly synonymous with the creation of lasting shareholder value. To look at how directors are approaching these responsibilities, Deloitte LLP's Chinese Services Group joined with Corporate Board Member magazine to publish the China Board Brief series.
