Shalom is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 20 years of financial and accounting experience including 18 years of M&A transaction experience with a specific focus on large cap LBO whilst also leading our Real Estate transaction services offering. Shalom has extensive experience in cross border transactions on behalf of private equity, strategic corporate buyers, sovereign wealth funds and HNWI – with deal sizes ranging to £20b.

Shalom’s due diligence experience includes identification of transaction issues and negotiating tactics and leads cross border multi disciplinary due diligence teams across Europe.

Shalom has extensive experience working for buyers and sellers across all real estate asset classes (including operating assets) acrossthe transaction lifecycle, interacting extensively with senior company management, financing banks and fellow advisers.
