Richard leads Deloitte’s Financial Investors Tax business in the UK. The Financial Investors Tax team comprises Deloitte’s M&A, Infrastructure, Credit, Real Estate, Private Market Funds and Investment Management Reporting businesses.
The team of around 460 tax professionals operates nationally and focusses on advising financial investors and corporates on all elements of a transaction and advise on the design and operation of fund structures or support them in navigating global tax and information reporting requirements for investors and funds.
Richard advises a number of different types of investors, from private equity, institutional to privately owned. Richard regularly advises on cross-border due diligence and tax structuring.
