Jill Rae

Jill leads on Public Policy for the group with a focus of bringing economic analysis and thinking to the heart of informing critical policy decision making. Over her 10 years of experience in Economic Consulting she has advised a range of clients, both public and private, across industries including telecoms, consumer goods, media, renewable energy, health and social care. Jill specialises in combining economic modelling techniques across areas including pricing, costing, financial/activity modelling with stakeholder engagement to develop consensus in decision making. In recent years she has led the economic input to number of high profile public reviews including Lord Naylor’s review of the NHS Estate, Lord Carter’s review of Ambulance Trust efficiency and a number of reviews for NHS England and NHS Improvement to understand the cost implications of changing models of care across the health system. Recently she has been supporting the Gambling Commission in relation to the 4th National Lottery Competition.
