Anita Grant

Anita is a Partner in our Global Employer Services practice and leads our National Equity & Incentives practice. She has been advising clients in the breadth of issues in both the Incentives & broader Reward space for over 20 years.

Anita works with management & Remuneration Committees alike to support on the various issues they face when dealing with executive pay, alongside broad practical support in the incentive space.

Anita’s primary focus is working with global companies helping them to navigate the various issues they face when designing, implementing and operating their share plans across the world – whether they be in the area of discretionary plans or broader all-employee plans.

Anita’s clients predominately are in the large listed space, with a focus on both UK PLC and large US tech companies. Her day to day client contacts cover a broad range of roles and she is able to work closely with management in the form of HRDs, Company Secretaries and Share Plan teams, as well as the Head of Tax and the Finance teams. She also works with Remuneration Committees across the breadth of the FTSE. Her experience as an accountant and a tax advisor, along with her deep understanding of incentive legal & UK governance issues means she is able to partner with her clients across the breadth of issues they need to navigate.
