Andy Cowen

Andy is the Telco, Media and Entertainment Sector Lead for Deloitte in the UK. He specialises in global mobility, reward and immigration, leading a team specialising in technology, media and telecoms clients. Andy has 20 years’ experience advising companies on global mobility including employer and employee tax compliance as well as more strategic themes such as mobility transformation, service delivery, risk management and workforce deployment. Andy leads global engagements for Deloitte, overseeing and directing a wide range of services including global equity plans, immigration, strategic reward, global compensation management, mobility analytics and business travel. Andy is a Chartered Tax Adviser and has an MBA from Imperial College London. He frequently speaks on global mobility issues and has written articles for International HR Adviser.
