Andy is the Vice Chair for Deloitte Private in the UK and also leads our national Deloitte Private Tax and Legal practice.  Andy has recently developed the Deloitte Private CFO Programme focused on supporting senior and executive level finance professionals along their career journey in private and PE backed businesses.

Andy is a tax partner and supported many of our high-profile clients in the privately owned and private equity backed space.  His support includes helping these businesses in structuring transactions/IPO’s, international expansion and meeting the complex compliance obligations that these events bring.
