Gladys Makumi leads the Financial Advisory Team in Deloitte East Africa. With over 15 years of experience, Gladys leads a diverse team of financial advisory specialists to assist clients on engagements ranging from financial due diligence, business valuations, financial modeling, and transaction advisory to post mergers advisory services.

Gladys has led many notable deals in East Africa. Her wealth of experience spans from financial services (“FSI”), manufacturing, healthcare, manufacturing, agro-processing, business and consumer services, aviation to telecommunications sectors, having advised various local and international clients ranging from blue chip companies, private equity firms and small and medium enterprises.
