Dmytro Pavlenko
Partner, Attorney-at-Law, Head of Tax & Legal
Dmytro Pavlenko is a Partner and the Head of Tax & Legal Department in Deloitte Ukraine. He is leading Legal and Business Processes and Solutions (BPS) practices. He has PhD in Law and is Attorney-at-Law.
Dmytro has an extensive experience working as a lawyer specializing in support of M&A deals and advising clients on corporate, contract, antimonopoly and labor law.
He also focuses on public sector including lawmaking and infrastructure projects and leads the industrial group “Infrastructure” at Deloitte Ukraine. He is the author of many scientific and practical publications in the field of law.
Andriy Servetnyk
Partner, Tax & Legal
Andriy Servetnyk is a Partner of Tax & Legal. Since 2002, he has been working for Deloitte and is now in charge of International Tax and Deloitte Private. Andriy is a Certified Attorney-at-Law, specializing in corporate law, investment planning, M&A transactions and business restructuring. For private individual customers, Andriy with his team deal with issues relating to asset and investment protection, taxation and financial reporting, as well as inheritance and protection of the family interests.
Andriy’s clients chiefly represent various fields, such as the agricultural sector, food products processing and beverage production, as well as software development and manufacturing.
Vasyl Drobot
Director, Tax&Legal
Vasyl has more than 10 years’ experience in providing tax consulting services. He specializes in tax due diligence, tax audits and reviews, support to companies during audits by tax authorities, tax consulting services and providing general tax advice on Ukrainian and international tax laws.
Oleksandr Yampolskyi
Director, Tax & Legal
Oleksandr has over 10 years experienced professional participating in a range of engagements connected with providing tax consulting services in the area of tax structuring/restructuring and transfer pricing, tax support of audits according to the Ukrainian and international standards, tax due diligence of companies operating in various industry sectors and other projects.
Since 2013 Oleksandr has been a crucial member in Transfer Pricing Group at Deloitte Ukraine.
