Koray Öztürk

Koray Öztürk has started his career in 1999 as an audit assistant. During his tenure in the US, he had served as a team chief for independent audit projects in publicly traded companies in NYSE, specializing in manufacturing companies and at USGAAP. He has served as a manager in several domestic and foreign IPO project in Turkey. He especially manages auditing and consolidation projects of companies operating in the real estate sector and specializes in the public offerings of such companies. He has managed many International Financial Reporting Systems (”IFRS”) implementation projects in various companies. He currently acts as an audit partner at Deloitte Turkey and is also the talent leader of audit team.
