Hugo is a Associate Partner in consulting holding over 20 years of experience in Telecoms Engineering and multiple ICT fields, ranging from telecom systems pre-sales, project management, managed services sales and services delivery in multiple technologies for triple and quad play Communication Service Providers to Government & Enterprise customers.

Hugo joined Deloitte in 2016 and has been engaged within the Telecom Engineering Excellence CoE in Multiple Network Engineering & Optimization projects, 5G, Artificial Intelligence for telecoms, Business Process Transformation, Quality of Experience, RAN Capex Optimization and Self Organizing Networks, being responsible for the partnership with Cellwize on RAN automation and TUPL on AI for telecom networks.
