Our specialist immigration team provides support to inbound employees. Our colleagues can co-ordinate international immigration matters using our extensive global network and we work closely with them in providing assistance from an employment law perspective. We can advise on all aspects of employment law and the employment relationship, including employment equality, health and safety, redundancy and unfair dismissal in the workplace. We can also provide mediation services between employer and employee; this non-adversarial process is both cost effective and confidential.
