IBM Cognos Connection & Query Studio

Course Description 

This instructor-led training is designed to introduce IBM Cognos Connection and IBM Cognos Query Studio. Participants will learn how to manage content in the Cognos Connection Web portal and how to create, modify and organize simple ad hoc reports using Query Studio.

  • Run reports with options. 
  • Schedule a report to run at a specific time with specific formats. 
  • Create report views. 
  • Personalize the appearance of your Cognos Connection Web portal. 
  • Understand the difference between the IBM Cognos Studio's and when to use the most suitable Studio. 
  • Understand how to use the different report capabilities.
  • Understand how to graphically display the data.
  • Understand how to create reports with a consistent look and feel by using templates.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling reports and delivering reports in different formats (HTML, PDF, Excel, etc).
