- Earned a Top Ten spot on Working Mother magazine’s 2009 list of "100 Best Companies for Working Mothers" and have been included on the 100 Best list for 16 consecutive years.

- Deloitte LLP was one of 10 organizations to be honored with a 2003 and 2004 INROADS Award for ‘Peak Performance’ in the areas of growth, executive involvement and strategic coordination. INROADS is the most successful leadership training, development, and placement organization for minority pre-professionals in the country.
