Today Deloitte LLP is recognized as a leader in advancing women and as an employer of choice — thanks in large part to its “waging change” 16 years ago when it launched the Initiative for the Retention and Advancement of Women. That Women’s Initiative (WIN) has helped give us the intellectual capital to meet aggressive growth targets. It was — and is — the smart and right thing to do.
