Helene leads the strategy, innovation and design practice in Deloitte Consulting.

Helene is an experienced leader with more than 15 years’ experience within strategy development and execution, project management, organizational development and large transformation projects.

One of the areas where Helene has high focus and passion is to help companies adapt to a world where the rate of change is high, and many companies struggle to develop and continuously adapt their strategy to ensure that their company is “future proof”. Helene always works closely with the client, focuses on change management and involvement, and through this she has helped many organizations achieving their goals.

Helene has broad experience, both as a consultant, and from various positions in the media, telecom and finance industries. She has worked closely with top management groups in several large companies and organizations, and has also herself had top management positions. Through this, she has gained valuable experience and understanding for the challenges facing both managements groups and employees.

Helene is also a key note speaker and guest lecturer.
