Hans Ola Haavelsrud

Hans Ola is a Partner in our Financial Advisory team with lead responsibility for Value Creation Services, advising clients on unlocking value in M&A, transformation and turnaround situations. Value Creation Services is part of Deloitte’s end-to-end M&A offering, which provides seamless services across the M&A lifecycle from initial deal strategy to integrated due diligence, synergy assessment and realisation, and complex integration, carve-out and/or separation projects.

He also leads Deloitte’s Restructuring & Turnaround team, helping clients in stressed or distressed situations achieve rapid liquidity and/or profitability improvement.

Hans Ola has a Masters degree from the London School of Economics, and an Executive MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics. He has previous consulting experience from M&A and Private Equity advisory, and significant operational experience from positions as CFO and COO in private and listed industrial companies.
