Wendy Rudder

Wendy Rudder is a Partner at Monitor Deloitte and works in the Strategy & Business Design service line of Deloitte’s Strategy, Analytics and M&A practice in the Netherlands. She has a focus on the Energy, Natural Resources and Industrials sectors.

Wendy is a recognized strategy and transformation leader, with over 20 years of consulting and industry experience. She has worked across energy, public utilities, industrials and consumer goods sectors in North America, Europe and SE Asia. At Deloitte, Wendy combines her energy sector expertise with her strengths in taking a “customer-and-business-first” approach to transformation, working with C-level leaders & stakeholders to define and execute on growth priorities related to the energy transition. She is known for her hands-on pragmatic approach to new proposition development & B2B customer experience transformation, helping her clients to make the shift from strategy to reality.

Wendy has a B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph, and an MBA from Said Business School at the University of Oxford.
