Frederike Manzoni

Frederike Manzoni is a partner in Deloitte’s FSI practice and resident in our Amsterdam office.

Frederike advises clients mainly on M&A, real estate and financial services and assists tax payers when having disputes with the tax authorities and helps them to litigate VAT cases at all courts in the Netherlands and the European Court of Justice.

Frederike has 25 years of experience in VAT, of which she has worked almost 16 years at one of the large law firms in the Netherlands, heading their indirect tax team. Frederike joined Deloitte as a partner in 2022.

In addition to her work at Deloitte, Frederike frequently speaks at seminars on VAT topics and she is a regular author for a number of professional journals.

Frederike has a degree in Dutch civil law form the Utrecht University and a degree in fiscal law from the Amsterdam University. She is a member of the Dutch Order of tax advisers (“NOB”).
