Frans Heijs

As a Director within the Deloitte Rewards team, Frans leads the HR DD offering for Deloitte in NL. As part of the M&A team, he brings deep HR, Pension and M&A experience. As senior HR M&A advisor he has working understanding of the financial, legal and operational issues impacting the success of an acquisition from an HR and pensions point of view through the full M&A life cycle.

Frans has advised corporates and multinationals in the field of benefits and pensions and has worked on a number of (international) due diligence engagements. More particularly, he has led teams in this area on (international) integrations and separations.
