Caspar Dekker has 17 years experience working in the M&A Tax Group in Amsterdam and London with a focus on Private Equity and Real Estate Funds. Caspar serves as M&A Tax service line leader for EMEA and The Netherlands and is a partner of the multidisciplinary and integrated  M&A Transaction Services group in The Netherlands.

His experience covers all fields of (inter)national corporate tax related to (re)structuring, reorganisations, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

Caspar advises various international financial buyers on the Dutch and international tax aspects of transactions.

His key clients include many of the largest and mid market Private Equity firms and several PE backed portfolio companies during the lifecycle of the investment.
