Dr. Randolph Gordon’s career has focused on improving health outcomes and a population’s health, having served as a practicing primary care physician, the health commissioner for the Commonwealth of Virginia, associate director of PHPPO at CDC, county health officer and chief medical officer of Bon Secours in Richmond. Currently, as a senior physician consultant at Deloitte, he advises the firm, health care providers, and public health agencies on the impact of COVID-19. He has maintained his board certification in both family medicine and preventive medicine, has an active Virginia medical license, and has a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
