What will your focus areas be in your new role?

I will focus on developing others. I will also play my part in ensuring that Deloitte continues to attract top talent and produce Chartered Accountants (CAs) for the Namibian market, as well as retain some of the top talent to continue to serve the market with excellence.

What did you study and where?
I studied BAccounting and BAccounting Honours (CTA) at the University of Stellenbosch. I am a qualified CA(Nam).

Where did you start your career and where did you work prior to joining Deloitte?

I joined Deloitte in 2011 as an audit trainee in the Windhoek office and have been with Deloitte ever since.

Tell us a bit about your family.
I am happily married to my husband Ashley, whom I brought in from South Africa. I cherish spending time with my nieces, serving as a constant reminder of life’s abundant blessings.

What is your passion, or what do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I find joy in the company of husband, family, and friends, especially during relaxed braai gatherings. During my leisure time, I savour long walks, have a passion for travel and embrace thrilling experiences as an adrenaline enthusiast.

How will you make an impact that matters?

By guiding and supporting young professionals through mentoring and coaching. My goal is to foster an environment centred around self-development while maintaining a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality audits and exceptional client service.
