Francois joined Deloitte in 2017, and currently serves as partner in Consulting Banking, Insurance & Non FSI for the Human Capital sector.
Francois has extensive experience in managing strategy, coordinating large-scale projects, steering, and sales best practices – especially in the banking industry.. He has developed those expertise not only in Luxembourg but also in France. Francois specializes in development of training plans, talents, HRIS and Change management.
He is recognized for his technical expertise within the Deloitte network of member firms and has been appointed as part of the Human Capital European Leaders team.
He holds a Master’s in Marketing from the Neoma Business School (Reims) and a double degree from Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung (WHU) in Koblenz, Germany. He is fluent in English and French.
