Marius is Director in Financial advisory department in Lithuania. He joined Deloitte in 2002 and has over 17 years of experience in financial advisory, consulting and audit engagements. Marius is specializing in M&A, corporate finance advisory and business valuation/modelling services. Marius has worked on a number of cross boarder projects in the Baltics and in Central Europe countries. Recent engagements include litigation related expert services, financial advisory in M&A deals, business valuations, advisory on business separation and financial statements carve-outs.  Marius holds Corporate Finance Qualification introduced by ICAEW & SII, London.
