Dear Friends
We hereby would like to introduce you with the amendments to the Tax Code in part of regulating Value added tax (“VAT”) on electronically supplied services and goods. On 10 December 2020 the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed the Law on Changes to the Tax Code. The approved amendments shall be effective from 1 January 2022.
