After working in management and planning team at SSANGYONG MOTOR, he joined Deloitte Anjin LLC as a strategic consultant in 2007 and has acquired specialized expertise and insights with public sector through a number of project experiences.

The project experiences that such as establishing mid-and long-term management strategies and business strategies, management consultation, exploration of new projects and feasibility examination, functional coordination and organizational redesign, innovation and establishment of change management, industrial development and promotion strategies for the government, local governments, public institutions, research institutions and universities to name a few.

For nearly 30 months from 2013, he had been dispatched to the Korean Services Group(KSG) of Deloitte Brazil Office to act as a coordinator in various areas, including consulting on establishing a local subsidiary, establishing strategies for market advancement and localization, and consulting on establishing and acquiring a local JV, etc.

Recently, he has been working with clients on various topics, including the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on the public sector, smart city, digital government and local governments, and innovative industry digital transformation, and provides optimal solutions as well.
