His specialized areas include Spin-off, Merger, Establishment and Conversion of holding companies, Transfer of business, and Corporate Restructuring, as well as engagements related to Succession. In addition, the Deloitte Korea’s Center for Corporate Governance represented by the board of directors and audit committee, shares insights and expertise of Deloitte Global experts on overall corporate governance and provides the latest information, education, and seminars to enhance the expertise of the board and audit committee.
