Yoshitaka led M&A Tax Team of Deloitte Japan for long time before the group is integrated into international tax service group. His experience over 20 years with Deloitte (including 3yr assignment to the US) covers various M&A/international tax planning including complex cross border and domestic transactions by large public/private companies. He received master degrees from Hitotsubashi University of Japan (Business Law) and Golden Gate University of the US (Tax). He served as an adjunct professor in National Tax College (the governmental training institute for tax officers in Japan).
He is also a Japan certified public accountant and certified public tax accountant (Zeirishi).
