Impact Month 2023

Deloitte Tohmatsu Group designated October 2023 as Impact Month, during which members participated in more than 150 volunteer activities. Deloitte member firms around the world choose and observe an Impact Day that celebrates their year-round commitment to making an #ImpactThatMatters in their communities. Deloitte Japan expands the idea to one whole month, with over 2,300 people participating in 74 programs that include community riverbank clean-up, trash pick-up, Rainbow Festa, and sewing rags for disaster-hit areas. Offerings are extensive, from collaboration with non-governmental organizations to volunteer activities in which members can participate in short time segments between their other engagements, as well as programs that welcome the participation of family members. (Some programs were hosted from September through December.)

Our desire is that the aggregation of individual activities for Well-being through Impact Month enable Deloitte Tohmatsu to create an impact on society. With the belief that the experience of contributing to society helps enhance our Well-being, Impact Month is designed to offer all Deloitte Tohmatsu members specific opportunities to be involved as volunteers in solving challenges in our communities and to our planet.
