Intelligence Services Centre Lead | Senior Manager
Shannon is a Senior Manager in the Intelligence Services Centre (ISC) within Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice. In her role as the ISC Lead she specialises in helping clients proactively manage their digital risk including supply chain, third party and operational related risks.
Shannon drives the ISC’s technology and sales function including key technical developments and new opportunities. For example, Shannon has overseen the design and implementation of Gen-AI, ensuring the proposition can scale as a cost-effective intelligence offering.
She leads the innovation, planning, development and implementation / delivery of new propositions based around open sources intelligence technology.
Shannon played an instrumental role in the design and development of the TPRM screening and monitoring which has served a number of clients across industries since it’s inception in 2017.
She has been responsible for the delivery of screening and monitoring services to global clients across a range of industries, including in financial services, professional services, pharmaceuticals and public sector.
